Cancel your VIP membership.

Cancelling is fast and simple. Choose any of the three options below — we'll confirm within one business day, and your card won't be billed again.

Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM PT. Leave a voicemail outside those hours with your name, email, and "cancel VIP" and we'll handle it the next business day.

Submit the cancellation form and we'll process within one business day.

What happens after you cancel

You'll receive a confirmation email within one business day. From that point:

No further charges. Your card on file is not billed again on the next 30-day cycle.
VIP pricing stops at the end of your current paid period — you can shop at VIP prices until then.
Refunds: if you cancel within 7 days of being billed and haven't placed a VIP-priced order in that period, we'll refund the most recent charge. Outside that window, refunds are not guaranteed but we review case-by-case.
Rejoining: you can sign up again any time at the standard $39.99/30-day rate. New members get a fresh 14-day trial; returning members are billed on day 1.

Billing reference

Charges appear on your statement as mareefashion.com. The membership is billed by Nuzan Promotions and Branding (Marée), 1050 W. Alameda St #445, Burbank, CA 91506. If you see a charge you don't recognize, call +1 (423) 674-3879 before disputing — we can resolve it directly.
