Returns & Refunds

30-day returns, on us. If a piece isn't right, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. We send a prepaid USPS label for every US return.

How to start a return

  1. Email returns@mareefashion.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
  2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid USPS return label.
  3. Pack the items in the original box (or any clean, sturdy box), tape the label on, and drop at any USPS location or schedule a free pickup.

When you'll get your refund

Once the carrier scans the return as in transit, we issue the refund within 2 business days — you don't have to wait for the package to arrive at our warehouse. The refund posts to your original payment method. Most banks show the credit within 3–5 business days; some can take up to 10.

Bundle returns

Bundle discounts (15% off the second piece, 50% off each additional piece) are recalculated when part of a bundle is returned. The refund amount equals what you actually paid for the returned pieces after the discount allocation. We'll show the math in your return confirmation.

Exchanges

We don't process exchanges directly. The faster path: return the piece you have for a refund and place a new order for the size or piece you want — that way the replacement ships immediately. If a piece is out of stock when you place the new order, email returns@mareefashion.com and we'll put you on a priority restock list.

Size guidance

Marée pieces run true to size in XS–XXL, with ease through the shoulder and hem. If you're between sizes, size down for a more fitted drape and up for a more relaxed silhouette. Every product page has a size chart with bust, waist, hip, and length measurements; reach out before ordering if you want our take on a specific piece.

Late or missing refunds

If 10 business days have passed since the refund email and you don't see the credit, check with your bank first — pending refunds sometimes don't show in the transaction list. If your bank confirms nothing is pending, email help@mareefashion.com and we'll trace it.
