These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mareefashion.com and any purchase you make from Marée. The site and products are operated by Nuzan Promotions and Branding ("Marée," "we," "us"), a California business at 19612 Pine Valley Ave, Porter Ranch, CA 91326. By using the site or buying from us, you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to buy from Marée. By placing an order you confirm you meet that requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.

2. Account and security

You don't need an account to buy from Marée. If you sign up for our newsletter or save preferences, you're responsible for keeping the email and any password you set confidential. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel any order — including after the confirmation email — if a piece is out of stock, the price was wrong, we suspect fraud, or we cannot ship to the address you gave. If we cancel after charging your card, we refund in full.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Payment is captured at the time the order is placed. Bundle and promotional discounts apply only to the order they're attached to and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

See our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package as delivered.

6. Returns and refunds

See our Returns policy. Pieces returned with the hangtag removed, washed, or with signs of wear are not eligible for refund.

7. Product descriptions and color

We do our best to show accurate photos, fabric notes, and measurements. Linen and viscose are natural fibers — slight variation in color, slub, and hand-feel between pieces is part of the material, not a defect. Color can also appear slightly different between screens. If a piece is materially different from the description, return it under the standard returns policy.

8. Promotional codes and gifts with purchase

Promo codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, may have minimum order values, and may be revoked if used fraudulently. Gifts with purchase have no cash value, are not refunded on return, and must be returned if the qualifying order is returned for a full refund.

9. Email and SMS marketing

If you sign up for emails or texts, you can unsubscribe any time — emails have an unsubscribe link, texts accept STOP. Texts may be sent using an automatic dialing system; consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

10. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, send spam, scrape data, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the site. We may suspend or block users who do.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the site — logos, photography, product names, copy, code — is owned by Marée or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You can share product photos on social media with credit, but you cannot reproduce Marée content for commercial purposes without written permission.

12. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." Marée disclaims, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marée is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or a product will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some states don't allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Marée, its owners, employees, and partners harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking small-claims relief or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms as the business changes. The current version is always posted at this URL, with the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
